Is Aither legitimate? Is it a real company?

Yes. Aither is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 99470160) and based in Rotterdam. Officially registered January 2026 by Max Geurtsen. Prices are publicly listed. A 90-day money-back guarantee applies to the Pilot Build.

How does the free Quickscan work? Is it accurate?

You paste a website URL. The Quickscan fetches the public homepage HTML (max 200 KB), extracts ~6,000 words of readable text, and asks Claude Sonnet 4.6 to identify automation opportunities. Every returned idea must cite a verbatim sentence from the site — ideas without a citation are dropped. Each idea has a confidence rating (high/medium/low). If there is no good fit, the scan honestly returns 'no fit' rather than manufacturing ideas. Max personally reviews every scan within 24 hours.

Could the Quickscan be a scam? Why should I trust it?

Three trust mechanisms: (1) Each idea must cite a verbatim sentence from your public website; if it can't, the idea is removed. (2) Each idea is rated for confidence so 'low' guesses are visible. (3) ~1 in 8 sites get a 'no good fit' response — the system is explicitly designed not to always sell. You can also reply to your scan email asking 'show me the prompt' and Max will send the exact prompt + the text scraped.

What's the refund policy?

AI Audit Pro: 7-day window from delivery. Pilot Build: 90-day money-back if it doesn't earn its €795 build price back in measurable savings or revenue. Monthly plans: first 14 days fully refundable on the setup fee. Custom Bot tiers: 21-day go-live promise (full setup-fee refund if not live and answering correctly). Refunds processed within 14 working days. Third-party API costs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are passed through at cost and not refunded.

Is there a free option?

Yes — the AI Basics course is free forever (with verifiable certificate), the Quickscan website analysis is free, and you can email or message Max with questions any time — replies within 1 business day. No upsell.

Do I need to be technical?

Is Aither GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?

Yes. EU data residency by default, documented DPAs with sub-processors (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Vercel, Resend), and limited-risk deployer posture under the EU AI Act. Aither itself is not personally ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified (it's a one-person studio); sub-processors are. We state this upfront.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes — I sign mutual NDAs at the start of every paid engagement and GDPR-compliant DPAs on request.

What integrations are supported?

Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, Mollie, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and anything with a Zapier, Make, or n8n connector.

Which AI models do you use?

Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6 default), OpenAI GPT-4 family, Google Gemini, Mistral, and open-weight models (Llama 3) via local hosting when EU residency or low cost matters. Choice is per-task, not per-vendor lock-in.

What response times do you offer?

WhatsApp: under 1 hour during EU business hours. Email: same business day. Starter: best-effort within 2 business days. Growth: within 24 business-day hours. Pro: within 4 business-day hours, dedicated Slack channel, quarterly review.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month — cancellable at the end of any billing cycle with no fee. Project-tier work is fixed-scope and fixed-price — if we miss the success criteria, full refund.
