### How a scan runs
1. Visitor submits: website URL, name, email, biggest weekly time-sink (free text, optional).
2. Our serverless function fetches the URL with a 6-second timeout, capping read at 200 KB of HTML. We follow redirects but stay on public pages — no login walls, no PDFs, no socials.
3. We extract readable text (max ~6,000 words), the page title, meta description, and the first 40 internal/external links with their anchor text.
4. We pass that to Claude Sonnet 4.6 with a system prompt that requires:
   - **Citation rule:** every returned idea must include a verbatim sentence from the scraped text. Ideas without a citation are dropped.
   - **Confidence rule:** every idea is tagged "high", "medium", or "low" confidence. "Low" ideas get visually flagged.
   - **No-fit rule:** if the site has nothing automatable (e.g. portfolio site, single-product page, museum), the scan returns `noFit: true` with a 1–2 sentence honest explanation. The model is explicitly forbidden from manufacturing ideas to fill slots.
   - **Specificity rule:** generic ideas like "add an AI chatbot" are forbidden unless the content explicitly shows a need.
5. We return 0–3 ideas, each with: title, plain-language description, citation, confidence, hours saved per week, build effort, tool stack.
6. We email the visitor a styled HTML email with the ideas + a transparency block listing the model, source URL, and an offer to view the exact prompt on request.
7. Max receives an internal alert with the same data + a lead score (1–10).

### Privacy of submitted URLs
- Submitted URLs and emails are stored in Max's pipeline (Pipedrive). They are never sold. EU-only storage. Subject to AVG/GDPR — request deletion at any time via max@aithergrowth.com.

## 6. Methodology — how a typical engagement runs

1. **Discovery (free, 30 min).** Calendly call with Max. We scope: what would success look like in 2 weeks? Which workflow hurts most?
2. **Quote.** Within 24 hours: written quote with fixed price, in-scope/out-of-scope, integration list, success criteria.
3. **Build (1–4 weeks depending on plan).** Daily Slack/Teams updates. Shared Notion or Linear board. You see the work-in-progress.
4. **Handover.** All code, prompts, configs, credentials transferred to your account/repo. Documentation written. Two training sessions for your team.
5. **Monitoring (30 days).** Max watches dashboards, tunes prompts, fixes edge cases. Monthly impact report.
6. **Continuation (optional).** Roll into a Starter/Growth/Pro plan, or part ways — your choice. Pilot price credits €500 toward any subsequent plan.

## 7. Data, GDPR/AVG, sub-processors

- Data minimization: we only ingest the data needed for the workflow. No "we'll figure out a use later" data hoarding.
- Right to deletion: request to max@aithergrowth.com — purged within 7 working days.
- Aither itself is not ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified (it's a one-person studio). Sub-processors are. Enterprise clients should review the sub-processor list.

## 8. Refund — exact terms

For every pilot (€795 fixed-scope) and for the first 30 days of any subscription:

- If, after 30 days of monitoring, the system has not produced measurable savings or revenue at least equal to the build price (€795 for a pilot), you can request a full refund.
- "Measurable savings" is defined upfront in the SOW: e.g. "saves the team 10 hours/week of inbox triage" with a specific baseline measurement before launch.
- Refund is processed within 14 working days, no questions asked.
- This guarantee covers the build fee. It does not cover third-party API costs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) which are passed through at cost.

We design every system to verify model output before acting. Drafting → human review for proposals. Categorization → confidence threshold + human-in-the-loop for low-confidence cases. We don't ship "AI does it autonomously" without an audit trail.

**Do you offer multilingual support?**
